This module provides participants with a road map on how to manage Reputation as a strategic asset to create competitive advantage in the marketplace. It covers how to manage communication with key stakeholders to build a strong relationship and a survival guide on how to preserve reputation through a crisis.

RPM2: Corporate Governance & Risk Management

Corporate collapses and the financial crisis have highlighted the weaknesses of existing internal controls and risk management systems and the need for a higher level of corporate governance to better align and protect the diverging interests of the various stakeholders in the corporate “game”. RPM5: Corporate Performance & Human Capital Risk Management

This module introduces a methodology for mapping human relationships within organizations to identify their impact on organizational performance. Learn to develop and utilize risk-adjusted Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that align with organizational objectives, ensuring that your staff’s behavior supports business performance and interests.

Program Information

The Certification in Enterprise Risk Management for the ARiMI-CERM™ program requires:

  • University degree with 5 years work experience.
  • Non-degree holders need about 8 years of work experience.
  • Prior risk management experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Some supervisory or managerial experience preferred, but not required.

Course Dates

19 May 2025 (Mon): Program Orientation (up to 1 hour)

20 – 22 May 2025 (Tue – Thu): Modules RCM1, RCM2 and RCM3

16 – 18 June 2025 (Mon – Wed): Modules RPM1, RPM2 and RPM3.

22 – 23 July 2025 (Tue – Wed): Modules RPM4 and RPM5

Exam Date

25 July 2025 (Fri): Online Exam

Action Learning Project (ALP) Submission Date

Due two months after the online exam. Extensions are available upon request for candidates needing extra time to complete their projects.

Register two or more participants from the same company for the program and receive a 20% discount on the published course fee. Discounts do not apply to examination fees and cannot be combined with ARiMI Grants or other offers.

*An Action Learning Project that encompasses a single practical study. Participants analyze a relevant industry case, applying methodologies and tools acquired in the program. The completed study is submitted after completing all 8 modules, with coaching support provided for high-level value creation work.

How to qualify for ARiMI Grant?

  1. To be eligible, applicants must have active  LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram accounts.
  2. After completing the ARiMI certification program, it is imperative that applicants must acknowledge the professional designation on LinkedIn and other pertinent platforms. 

How to apply for ARiMI Grant?

  1. Submit completed registration form to begin the ARiMI grant application process.
  2. Specify your interest in applying for the Grant, and we will provide the ARiMI Grant application form for eligible applicants.

Enterprise-wide Risk Manager Certification Assessment

  • Attend a minimum of 75% of the required 8 modules.
  • Participate activity and engage in workshops.
  • Take a two-hour online exam consisting of 100 multiple-choice questions.
  • Submit and pass the Action Learning Project (ALP).
  • Passing requires an overall grade of 60%.
